• Internet Banking: You may pay the fee online. Create your login by clicking on “For OLD students (having Roll No.)” and proceed for the payment. Once login is created, you may use the tab “for Registered Users” to proceed further/make payments.
• Payment through Debit/Credit cards : You can also make payment through Debit/Credit Cards.
• Payment through Demand Draft: Demand Draft should be in favour of "IIIT DELHI COLLECTIONS"
• No cash payment will be accepted.

Note: Being an IT Institute it is desired that dues to the Institute are remitted through available e-modes viz. net banking and debit/credit cards. An additional amount of Rs.500/- will be applicable for payment through non e-mode, as handling charge.
