Sound Mental Health is Your Savior
Stress is the no. 1 public health enemy worldwide. We are usually not able to realise the amount of havoc it plays with our physical well-being every day. I can testify to this, and with time, have come to feel that recognising the sources of stress and resolving them is of the utmost importance for happiness. After all, a happy life is all we need :)

Do not forget who you are! Ever!
Mental health issues may become chronic as the days pass by if not looked upon seriously. At a times a person may not even realise if he/she is going through some mental problems. One of the reasons being, they just feel that this is how things are supposed to be and may not take it seriously. Or at times a person may feel that no, if I accept something is wrong then I will come out as weak. Acceptance is the key to everything. Accept who you are. Accept that if something feels wrong, then it is wrong. Accept you may not be good at some things that others are good at. Accept yourself! There is nothing to be ashamed of! Infact, you will feel stronger. Love yourself more. Love your good points as well as your flaws. Everyone is unique and yet same in a lot of ways. It's OKAY, believe me. It's beautiful, you're beautiful. Realise this, know yourself more. Once you do, you will have reasons to change for better if you have to. And you will. Once you do, you will realise that there are a lot of other things you are good at, way better than everyone else. Once you do, you will feel the happiness that cannot be described by mere words. Lastly, ask yourself how much do you know "you"? Find yourself :D

A Broken Heart is Not the End of the World
You will survive this storm. Believe in yourself. What happened was past, don't dwell on it. Tomorrow possesses the million more opportunities and is capable of giving more warmth and better memories. Ask for help, talk to people, it's okay to be not strong, face your pain. Accept the reality for what it is. Meditate, Play, Draw, Sing, Dance, submerge yourself in your passion. Don't let your career get ruined. It is easier when you know there is a hard world out there with some kind people in it. Not everyone wants to hurt you. Be protective of your emotions, show them to only those who are close ones. You will come strong out of it. You are stronger than you think. You are meant to achieve more than this. You deserve more than this. This was not the destination, but a part of the journey. Live each moment as it is not going to come back.

Mental health
I don't think any situation or stressful environment can hamper your mental condition , until its your own thoughts.Depression, anxiety, relentlessness, inactiveness are not problems but they are symptoms of a negative thought eating you up. Meditation, hobbies ,time management etc can help you feel better but the issue may prevail till you know the thought that disturbs you. This thought can be that I don't look good, I can't do this, nobody loves me, how could someone cheat me,I am embarrassed of myself or simply anything. There will always one thought that'll stop you from healing Once you introspect your thoughts , you can always replace them with positive ones. If you know yourself , you'll definitely be emotionally and mentally strong.

Be yourself
Don't fear about people's view, don't force yourself to adapt according to other views. Be yourself truly!!! Also, please don't judge people. You don't know what it look someone to get out of bed, look and feel presentable as possible and face the day. You never truly know the daily struggles of others.

Life is a Beautiful Journey
Our thoughts are extremely powerful, they have the power to make or break a person. And hence mental health should be given as much importance as we give to our physical health. Ups and downs are part of life, and we must accept the lows, learn to fight them and when we come out of them, we'll be much stronger, and much more wiser. Every person has their own unique journey and it is totally in our hands to see it as a happy and beautiful one. For that, we must believe in ourselves, never lose hope and stay positive :)

How to help people struggling with their Mental Health?
- Start the conversation.Keep questions open ended.Let them share as much or as little they want to. - Be an empathetic listener without making judgements and concentrate on their needs in that moment. - Ask what would help them. - Speak at a level appropriate to their age and development level. Keep in mind that mental illness has nothing to do with a person’s intelligence. - Avoid Comparisons and talk about well-being. - Celebrate their small steps towards growth. - Offer them help in seeking professional support and provide information on ways to do this.

Share and Seek Help
If you are stressed about something or are depressed, talk to people you are comfortable with. It may be ur parents, friends, colleague or even an stranger. Sometimes things are not as big as they are in our mind. If you are emotionally not well, talk and seek help, tell what bothers you, tell people what can be done to help you, don't be ashamed of sharing. And know that you are stronger from inside and can tackle every thought. There always are people who care about you, you know it or not.

Life Echoes...
A son and his father were walking on the mountains. Suddenly, the son falls, hurts himself and screams, "AAAhhhhhhhhhhh!!!" To his surprise, he hears the voice repeating, somewhere in the mountain: "AAAhhhhhhhhhhh!!!" Curious, he yells, "Who are you?" He receives the answer, "Who are you?" Angered at the response, he screams, "Coward!" He receives the answer, "Coward!" He looks to his father and asks, "What's going on?" The father smiles and says, "My son, pay attention." And then he screams to the mountain, "I admire you!" The voice answers, "I admire you!" Again the father screams, "You are a champion!" The voice answers, "You are a champion!" The boy is surprised, but does not understand. Then the father explains: "People call this ECHO, but really this is LIFE. It gives you back everything you say or do. Our life is simply a reflection of our actions. If you want more love in the world, create more love in your heart. If you want more competence in your team, improve your competence. This relationship applies to everything, in all aspects of life; life will give you back everything you have given to it. Your life is not a coincidence. It's a reflection of you!" Let's be positive about ourselves and positivity would be around us.

Solution is with us
In my point of view one should not see a situation as end of everything. It is life there will be successes failures happy and sad moments but nothing stays for permenant.God never gives problem without its solution.the solution is there just try find them.God will provide you the way just remember to share may be he could answer in the form of the one with whom you share.

Pause and Ponder
If and when we feel that we are losing everything and are at our wit's end, please remember that trees lose their leaves every year, yet they stand tall and wait for better things to come. Yes, the choice is entirely ours. Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet. On this World Mental Health Day, lets participate positively by immunizing ourselves against negative thoughts, deeds and action. And good things are sure to follow. We can do it. We will do it. And reward is eternal state of bliss irrespective of external issues.
