Atmel offers hardware units to setup Atmel Microcontroller Unit Lab

IIIT-Delhi received 75 microcontroller hardware units from Atmel Corporation worth $6420 as part of Atmel University Program to setup Atmel Microcontroller Unit Lab at IIIT Delhi. These units will be used for teaching in Embedded systems course as well as for research in both Mobile and Ubiquitous Computing Group as well as Emerging Architecture and System Design Group.

The units received are as follows:
1. 25 units of Xmega-A1 explained boards
2. 30 units of AVR Dragon boards
3. 25 units of EVK1100 evaluation kits
