The transit campus of IIIT Delhi is on the 3rd Floor of the Library Building of NSIT, where over 15000 sq ft of space is available to IIITD. The interiors have been specifically planned for IIIT purposes and contain administrative offices, faculty offices, class rooms, computer labs, and some recreation facilities like TT table and a pool table. NSIT also allows limited use of its sports fields for IIIT students. Through NSIT, some hostel rooms are also available for IIITD students.

A new modern campus for IIIT Delhi is being built in Okhla, where 25 acres of land has been allotted for this purposes. The campus is being constructed adjacent to GB Pant Polytechnic facilities. The campus will have R&D labs, instruction labs, lecture rooms, tutorial rooms, specialized labs, library, etc. It will also have hostels for students and limited housing for faculty and staff. There will be a food court for dining, and sport facilities. The entire campus will be connected through fiber and wi-fi. It will also be an eco-friendly campus with various facilities to conserve water and energy.
